Tea Time

With the temperatures dipping outside, it's the perfect time of year to enjoy a nice cup of tea.  We grew up drinking lemon balm tea, which for some reason, seems to not be out of favour these days, since we rarely see it in stores.  Both grandmothers grew some in their gardens, and we also grow it in ours now.  It's convenient too because you can dry it for the winter (you can store the dried leaves in a mason jar to use later).  The tea itself has a very gentle taste, and it's really soothing, … [Read more...]
